Job OverviewWe are looking for organized Sales Executives to sell our company's products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry.

• Responsible for selling company supplies such as coffee beans, milk and other ingredients
• Requires frequent fieldwork, conducting product demonstrations and on-site sales to customers.
• Learn how to prepare coffee and beverages, and be capable of independently presenting solutions to clients.
• Finding sales opportunities, contacting many potential customers, demonstrating the product or service and negotiating and closing the sale with the customer.
• Makes accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations
• Create a purchase order or receive payment from the customer and arrange for the customer to receive the products or services in a timely fashion.
• Continue to assist the customer with any questions or concerns after the sale as well. Along with sales responsibilities,
• Responsible for creating sales reports, maintaining files and reviewing competitor's products and the employer's new products to stay competitive

• Work schedule would be six (6) days a week
• Reports directly to Mark Zhao, the Project Manager
• Shall inform the direct manager if not able to work for a certain day or days at least 2 hours before the start of working time for emergency absences. For planned absences, must inform at least 3 days ahead
• You are required to send an invoice to bill at least 2 days before the release of fee. Please indicate your bank details in the invoice as well as the scope of services that you have rendered for that specific fee period.
