The executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a high-growth regulatory-approved online training and certification company with offices in the USA, Pakistan, and Manila.

About the role:
Our respected client is seeking a Data Warehouse Engineer with expertise in gathering business requirements, creating comprehensive design documentation, and executing ETL processes using Azure data factory and logic apps. This role involves mapping data points, handling errors, logging, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring effective utilization of the Data warehouse by business teams. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to data enrichment efforts, enable self-service functions, and assist in data migration for company acquisitions. The position requires onsite work during the night shift and is based in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines.

Key job responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and create and document designs for Business Intelligence solutions.
• Develop new and support existing ETL processes utilizing Azure data factory, logic apps, etc.
• Document mappings of data points, describing various sources and targets, error handling, logging, etc.
• Provide support to the organization's reporting requirements. Create ad hoc reports as requested.
• Supports business teams in utilizing the Data warehouse effectively by identifying gaps in data, and working on enriching.
• Data warehouse and enable businesses to perform self-service functions.
• Assist with data migration for company acquisitions.

Key job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Science or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in writing SQL Code: Stored Procedures, Functions, Queries, Query Optimization by Indexing
• Experience in collecting and translating business requirements and converting them into logical/physical data models.
• Experience in creating ETL involving heterogeneous data sources (IBM DB2, SQL Server, MySQL, Excel files, CSVs, Azure Blobs, XML, JSON, etc.):
• Minimum of 2 years using Azure Data Factories, Data Flows, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, calling REST APIs.
• Minimum of 3 years writing ETL in any other tool
• Experience designing and developing new reports creating data-driven subscriptions, maintaining, and enhancing existing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services
• Experience in source control systems like Git, TFS
• Experience in core Azure services related to data and analytics and deploying Azure components using PowerShell Scripting, Azure ARM Templates
• Experience with Agile development methodology and familiarity with tools such as Atlassian JIRA

Salary range: PHP 60, PHP 80,000.00 per month
