The Senior Barista's purpose is to ensure the consistent preparation and delivery of high-quality coffee and beverage products while supporting smooth daily café operations.
This role acts as a lead on shift, upholding company standards in product quality, customer service, cleanliness, and efficiency,
while also assisting in training and guiding junior baristas.

Qualifications

  • At least 1–3 years of experience as a barista in a café or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso extraction, and milk texturing.
