Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational entertainment company. Our respected client is seeking a Motion Graphics and Video Specialist who would play a crucial role in crafting compelling visual experiences and driving engagement as the company expands its marketing efforts and brings captivating content to life.

Position Overview:

• This role will report to the Group Head of Marketing and will also support international accounts.
• Work setup is Mondays to Fridays, 9 am to 6 pm at Pasig City.
• Salary: PHP 35, ,000.00 per month

Responsibilities and essential job functions:

• Conceptualize, design, and produce captivating motion graphics, video content, and animations that align with the brand's vision and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the country teams to understand project briefs and create compelling visual stories that resonate with our target audience.
• Create dynamic video content for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
• Utilize industry-standard software (e.g. Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) to bring concepts to life and deliver high-quality motion graphics and video projects.
• Ensure a cohesive visual identity and consistent brand messaging across all video and animation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and adhere to project timelines and budgets.
• Maintain and organize video assets and project files for easy access and future use.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in motion graphics, video editing, and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Solid understanding of storytelling, visual communication, and design principles.
• Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be able to provide a link to own portfolio.
