    Nadi Talent Group is growing. We are looking for an experienced RPO Recruiter based in Manila to join our team and support a hybrid scope across our RPO business and our overseas manpower recruitment for hospitality and F&B clients in the GCC.

    The Role

    As an RPO Recruiter at Nadi Talent Group, you will act as a dedicated recruitment partner to our clients, managing the recruitment funnel from inbound application screening through candidate interview coordination and documentation readiness.

    This role supports two core recruitment tracks:

    1. High-volume RPO hiring
    2. Philippines manpower recruitment for premium hospitality and F&B clients in the GCC

    This is a performance-driven role with strong emphasis on speed, organization, and candidate care.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Application Review: Screen high volumes of inbound applications and identify strong candidates quickly and consistently.
    • Candidate Vetting: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, communication ability, and overall fit.
    • Interview Management: Coordinate interview scheduling, confirmations, and candidate preparation.
    • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate candidate tracking and ensure steady pipeline flow against hiring targets.
    • Documentation Readiness: Ensure candidate profiles are complete and client-ready, including CV quality, screening notes, and required documentation for overseas placement.
    • Stakeholder Updates: Provide clear updates internally and support communication between candidates and clients.
    • Process Improvement: Identify ways to improve sourcing, screening workflows, and candidate pipeline efficiency.

    Requirements

    • 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an agency or RPO environment.
    • Proven experience recruiting for International markets.
    • Strong background in high-volume hiring environments.
    • Familiarity with ATS platforms
    • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
    • Highly organized with strong follow-through on candidate communication and documentation.
    • Availability to work late-evening hours to support international clients.
    • Bonus: Experience recruiting for hospitality, F&B, or overseas manpower placement.
