    As a Front End Developer, you will showcase your skills and contribute to a small team of like-minded developers delivering seamless, user-friendly applications and dynamic marketing collateral for a high volume of users on a global scale.

    You will report to the Manager, Development. This is a remote eligible position and you may work remotely.

    Job Summary:

    ● Interpret a scope of work and effectively translate the requirements to develop high quality, responsive, dynamic, and interactive marketing collateral for a wide range of clientele

    ● Liaise with the internal Delivery Team on the template development process

    ● Produce high quality HTML, CSS, and JavaScript solutions to complex problems

    ● Commit and deploy production changes daily

    ● Constantly and iteratively improve our user experiences and team processes

    ● Support and grow our existing features and captivate the users that leverage them

    ● Become an expert and champion for HTML and CSS best practices

    ● Build for all users on any device and browser using responsive design, accessibility adherence, and cross-browser testing

    ● Work closely with Product Owners to review scopes and provide feedback and recommendations to produce high quality, and user friendly, templates

    ● Become a mentor for Front End Developers joining the company

    ● Collaborate with other Front End Developers to support code reviews and general repository maintenance. Provide feedback to ensure coding best practices and standards are followed

    ● Own and maintain code snippets and reusable logic

    ● Own and maintain technical documentation in relation to template development to inform the internal delivery team on development and team processes

    Qualifications:

    ● 2-4 years software development experience (HTML, CSS and interaction JavaScript)

    ● Strong experience developing/debugging in Mustache and ReactJS

    ● Understanding of project management and ability to work towards project deadlines without supervision

    ● Positive attitude and a passion for solving problems

    ● Experience working on multiple projects at once whilst achieving project deadlines

    ● Ability to pick up new tools and technologies while continuously learning and adapting

    ● Understanding of styling and user experience/user interface principles

    ● Understanding of web development practices and Git

    ● Experience replicating client artwork into branded templates, with the ability to extract artwork assets and translate these into code

    ● Understanding of Quality Assurance and testing processes

    ● Ability to take initiative to deviate from the scope of work when required and effectively communicate with Product Owners to ensure project requirements are met

    ● Having foresight to anticipate potential pitfalls and avoid them while writing a solution

    ● A portfolio to show the team and the story behind your projects
