    Be part of our JP Morgan Wealth Management Team as an Invest Servicing Senior Specialist

    Job Summary:

    As a JP Morgan Wealth Management- Invest Servicing Sr. Specialist III, you will receive and resolve client and advisor inquiries and complaints, working under limited direct supervision. You will handle the most complex client and advisor problems, respond to questions/complaints, research and keep records of both problems and resolution, and escalates issues to the correct department or responds within established timeframes. You expected to assist clients and advisors on the following functions but not limited to Advisor Service Center - Broker, Managed, 529, andBeneficiary Services as needed. Duties and tasks are mostly non-routine, requiring experience to successfully accomplish tasks.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Take ownership of each caller while empathizing and prioritizing client/advisor needs
    • Resolve conflicts and manage client/advisor expectations
    • Determine caller's needs and provide appropriate solutions through relationship building
    • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with both external and internal customers
    • Document account activities thoroughly and concisely
    • Engage in interactive dialogue through active listening
    • Ability to exercise independent judgment and think critically
    • Attention to detail
    • Abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures
    • Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency
    • Conduct research as needed

    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Understands fundamentals of financial services and the industry
    • Has knowledge of customer industry and the competitive environment
    • Has knowledge of customer business and portfolio of products and services
    • Understands firm business and the competitive environment
    • Leverages knowledge to adeptly understand and address typical customer issues
    • Plans and accomplishes complex tasks and/or projects using knowledge, analysis and good judgment
    • Assesses multiple assignments and can prioritize in a logical and efficient manner
    • Handles unexpected situations adeptly
    • Schedule flexibility

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Voice function or equivalent experience is preferred but not required
