This is a full-time on-site role based in Cebu for a Property Specialist.
The Property Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their real estate needs, and developing strong client relationships.
The role also includes promoting and selling high-quality residential properties, conducting market analysis, and supporting potential clients throughout the property acquisition process.
As part of the team, the Property Specialist will contribute to achieving sales targets and upholding Shang Properties' commitment to excellence.
QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Experience in Residential Real Estate ll
Sales expertise with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
A professional demeanor, team-oriented approach, and attention to detail
DescriptionPreferably with a bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields
Knowledge of the real estate market in Cebu is an advantage
Proactive, self-motivated, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
