Job summary
The Relationship Manager Assistant serves a crucial function in seeking new accounts as providing support in processing bank transactions and sales/account information management. The position requires strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively with personalities internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Monitors receipt and proper disposition of interest and principal payments by servicing units to avoid technical / actual past due
- ,
- Assists Relationship Managers in ensuring that regular transaction details are facilitated properly,gathering data/ documents from borrowers and other support units for the establishment and renewal of credit facilities ,
- Assists in updating budget and account monitoring reports ,
- ―Coordinates with client requests for timely submission of documentary requirements. ,
- Attends to the accounts in the absence of Relationship Manager,
under direct guidance of the Team Head , - MAY HANDLE SIMPLE ACCOUNTS ON THEIR OWN AS TRAINING FOR POSSIBLE CAREER PATH TO RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
