    We are currently seeking an Accounting Director to lead our full-cycle accounting department operations in APAC and India. This role is essential for the accurate and timely preparation of accounting records and financial statements for the region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee regional accounting functions to ensure compliance with applicable financial accounting standards and regulations.
    • Develop and implement procedures and training to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting activities.
    • Collaborate with corporate accounting and other regional accounting directors to ensure consistent implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
    • Assist the corporate accounting group in the administration of internal control procedures and policies.
    • Communicate with internal and external audits to ensure timely and accurate responses to information requests.

    Qualifications:

    • CPA with audit experience of at least 5-8 years.
    • 10 years of accounting experience.
    • Ability to work in a hybrid setup in The Fort, Taguig City, following Pacific time.
    • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer experience and financial objectives.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
    • Experience in a metric-focused environment.
    • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
