    Qualifications & experience

  • KNOWLEDGE: Principles and methods for promoting and selling advertising products and services. (marketing strategy and tactics, site presentation; sales techniques and control systems.
  • Principles and practices on Customer service- customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for OOH advertising services, evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Market knowledge- knowledge on recent trends, volume of site exposure, traffic count, competitor movement including appropriate matching of client products to chosen site.
  • -Basic mathematical concepts-Records management concept; -Project management concepts
  • SKILLS: Excellent communication and inter-personal skills; -Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills -Ability to manage a project. -Excellent presentation skills Tasks & responsibilities
  • The Sales Agent has the primary responsibility for expanding and maintaining the sales performance of HDI inventory. The position calls for ensuring that all sales initiatives are successfully executed
  • Coordinates with various departments on matters pertaining to:
  • Creative mock-up artworks;
  • Production cost -Contracts and other legal requirements;
  • Marketing bundling offer;
  • Installation of advertising materials;
  • Information on available and new sites/inventories;
  • Update on submitted cost estimates and client payments; Mobilization requirement, such as representation, transportation and communication provision; Customer complaints
  • Plotting of new strategies to capture new clients; Action plans to maintain existing and loyal clients;
  • Budget management -Performs inventory selling and promotion:
  • Conducts consistent follow-through of existing clients by actual visit, phone calls, e-mails and other means of communication;
  • Performs research to explore new clients; -Conducts ocular visits on site with clients;
  • Conducts collateral/site presentation;
  • Performs consistent follow-up on signed contracts
  • Performs consistent follow-up on status of cost estimate/quotation
