    What We're Looking For...

    We are looking for Junior Data Engineers who are eager to grow their careers in data platforms, automation, and data engineering. If you're curious, driven to learn, and excited to solve real technical challenges while supporting and improving data and archiving systems, this role is the perfect place to start.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical incidents and user issues across data and archiving platforms.
    • Monitor platform health and performance to ensure stability and availability.
    • Maintain infrastructure components and assist in system upgrades and environment improvements.
    • Manage support tickets, providing timely and effective 1st and 2nd level technical support.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical platform issues.
    • Automate routine tasks, maintenance workflows, and deployments using scripting (e.g., Python) and IaC tools.
    • Support data engineering activities such as data processing, transformation, and integration.
    • Manage user permissions, configurations, and platform integrations to optimize system usage.
    • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), databases, and network fundamentals.
    • Knowledge of enterprise content and data management tools such as OpenText, JIVS, DocuWare, ABBYY, Records Manager, and KGS.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields
    • Open to fresh graduates or early-career professionals
    • Familiarity with data engineering tools, technologies, and data platform concepts.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly update users and stakeholders.
    • Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals or AWS Certified Data Analytics are a strong plus.
