About the job Oracle Functional Consultant (SCM) Assistant Manager (Makati) | Hybrid
Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple Oracle Fusion SCM implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client business goals and requirements.
- Configure and customize SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Order Management, Product Master Data Management, Supply Chain Orchestration, and Procurement.
- Provide expert-level guidance on SCM best practices and Oracle Fusion configuration.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, develop functional specifications, and design solutions.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support business development activities, including pre-sales consulting, solution design, and effort estimation.
- Mentor and train junior consultants to build their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules and sub-modules.
- At least 3 end-to-end implementation experiences with Oracle Fusion SCM.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and presales activities.
- Extensive knowledge of SCM processes, including inventory management, order management, procurement, and supply chain planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality solutions.
