About the Role:

We're looking for a Sales Associate to strengthen the top of our sales funnel by converting raw lead lists into qualified, sales-ready opportunities. You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, validating dealer legitimacy, assessing readiness, and ensuring clean handoffs to Sales Managers.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a structured, performance-driven environment to optimize lead qualification and pipeline efficiency.

What You Will Do:

Conduct structured outbound calls to qualify and validate used car dealers from assigned lead lists.
Confirm dealer legitimacy, identify decision-makers, and capture accurate profiling details.
Assess dealer readiness based on predefined qualification criteria.
Log call outcomes, notes, and next steps in the CRM to ensure high data integrity.
Segment and update leads based on qualification results and pipeline stage.
Endorse qualified leads to Sales Managers with complete, context-rich documentation.
Flag duplicate entries, incomplete data, or pipeline risks that may affect conversion.
Meet daily outbound activity targets while maintaining quality qualification standards.
Provide structured updates on call performance and pipeline observations.
Perform other duties in support of sales funnel performance.

What We Will Need:

1–2 years of experience in telesales, outbound calling, lead qualification, or similar volume-based sales support roles.
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Highly organized with attention to detail, particularly in CRM documentation and data accuracy.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage business owners and decision-makers.
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with daily expectations.
Fluent in Filipino; English proficiency for internal coordination and reporting.
