a.
Report, share, and update information related to dangerous goods regulations and other dangerous goods issues that may affect the operations of Guest Services and Ramp to the relevant Departmentb.
Drafting instructional manuals, onboarding materials, and other relevant documentationc. Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
d. Help managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
e. Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
f. Collaborates with management to gain knowledge of work situation requiring training for employees
g. Maintain the training information and recordkeeping system and respond to queries
h. Compile and update information with respect to training completions and attendance records
i. Ensure reports, correspondence and documentation and information are recorded, processed and maintained in accordance with the procedures.
Your Duties:
a.
Ensuring that all staff receive statutory training requires, and liaising with existing staff to clarify job descriptions and related expectationsb.
Coordinating external training as the need arisesc. Liaising with Regional Ground Operations, and CAE on all required Airasia training and schedules d.Ensure the Dangerous Goods Training Material are updated annually (with the issuance of IATA DGR and ICAO) including the addendume.
Coordinate with CAAP for Approval of the annual updating of the training program.Your Traits:
a. Proficient in oral and written English and Filipinob. Ability to maintain high confidentially, tact and discretion when dealing with peoplec. Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to all levels, both inside and outside the organizationd. Your Merits:
