    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agile Delivery Lead with a strong background in financial services or government organizations to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Agile Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing and guiding cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of complex projects using methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS). Your expertise in agile methodologies and deep understanding of financial services or government environments will be crucial in driving successful project outcomes.

    Lead Agile Transformation:
    Drive the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies, such as SAFe or LeSS, within the organization. Educate and mentor teams, stakeholders, and leaders on agile practices, principles, and frameworks.

    Project Planning and Execution:
    Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Ensure successful project execution by utilizing agile practices and methodologies.

    Team Management:
    Build and lead cross-functional agile teams, consisting of business analysts, developers, testers, and other relevant roles. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, ensuring effective communication, motivation, and skill development.

    Agile Coaching and Mentoring:
    Provide guidance and coaching to teams on agile practices, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Help teams continuously improve their agile capabilities and deliver high-quality results.

    Stakeholder Management:
    Engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs, align project objectives, and manage expectations. Facilitate regular communication and provide project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust.

    Risk and Issue Management:
    Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues. Implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure project success. Escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.

    Continuous Improvement:
    Drive a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project metrics, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing process improvements. Champion agile best practices and propose innovative solutions to optimize project delivery.

    Experience:

    Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years in an agile delivery leadership role.

    Demonstrated experience in delivering projects in financial services or government organizations is highly desirable.

    Agile Expertise:
    Strong understanding and practical experience with agile methodologies, such as SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, or Kanban. Proven ability to scale agile practices to large, complex projects and teams.

    Leadership Skills:
    Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Ability to inspire and motivate team members, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

    Stakeholder Management:
    Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.

    Problem-Solving:
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Proven experience in managing and resolving project-related risks and issues.

    Agile Certifications:
    Relevant agile certifications such as SAFe Agilist, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are highly desirable.

    Adaptability:
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to changing project requirements or priorities.

    Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in agile methodologies and project management practices.
