- Keeps detailed patient records.
- Develops customized meal plans and grocery lists.
- Handles scheduling and billing when needed.
- Directs the purchases of food supplies and inspects all perishable food upon delivery for quality and proper care of handling such items.
- Maintain sanitary standards throughout the Dietetic Service by the observance of proper food handling.
- Records nutritional assessments, interventions, and patient progress in their medical documentation to guarantee precise and all-encompassing patient care.
- Collaborates with kitchen personnel and food service providers to ensure that meals align with patients' dietary necessities and preferences.
- Evaluates the nutritional requirements of individuals by reviewing their medical history, current health status, and dietary preferences.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Dietitian, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
