Job summary
We are seeking a reliable and responsive After-Hours Emergency Support team member to provide crucial support outside regular business hours.We are transitioning all team members into working-from-home roles in line with the model.
The After-Hours Recruitment Support contact will be a key point of contact for support workers, families, partners, and respite houses,
ensuring all emergencies and important matters are handled smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Blackout period for leave over Christmas and New Year
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
- CLEAR UNDERSTANDING: ALL LEAVE MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO TAKING AND THEY MUST ORGANIZE COVERAGE FOR ANY AFTER-HOURS SHIFTS.
