Credit and Collection AssistantDuties and Responsibilities>Verification of bookings>A/R report for Manila and Branches>Update A/R for meeting purposes>Small claims processing>Preparation of collection letters to customers if necessary>Coordination to branch on all related reports and queries through email, group chat, phone call>Processing and coordination to concern department regarding clients and employees for legal action.>Attend hearing to some accounts in court>Processing of Third-Party Commission>Salary deduction processing>Preparation of internal requests, office supplies and equipment>initiate in following up collection, status of outstanding accounts to Sales dept.
and direct to clients>Coordinate to clients regarding returned checks and it's replacement>Entertain and assist queries from other departments>Other duties that may assign by the Credit and Collection Manager>Must be residing at Quezon City areaJob Types:Full-time, Part-time, PermanentSchedule:8 hour shiftEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)
