Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Risk Support
Assist in filing, organizing, and maintaining compliance-related documents (e.g., permits, MORS).
- Support data entry and record-keeping for compliance activities.
- Help distribute compliance training materials.
Contract Management
File and organize contract documents (physical and electronic).
- Perform data entry and assist with document preparation.
Documentation & Records Management
Handle filing, archiving, scanning, and digitizing of records.
- Maintain organization of electronic files and folders.
Data Privacy
Assist with training material preparation and data entry for data privacy initiatives.
Insurance Management
Organize insurance-related documents and support data entry tasks.
Billing & Collection
Support preparation and distribution of invoices.
- Assist with filing and organizing related records.
General Administrative Support
Perform clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, and mail distribution.
- Help manage office supplies and provide administrative support as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in compliance, administrative, or documentation-related roles preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of Philippine laws, regulations, and compliance practices.
- Strong integrity, ethical stance, and sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with electronic record management.
