The Area Manager is responsible for maximizing sales, ensuring daily operations are conducted according to company rules, taking steps for excellent store employees, minimizing costs and increasing productivity
Responsibilities
- Visit each store at least every other day
- Decide on hirings and dismissals of store employees
- Check physical inventory counting of stores
- Monitor competition and general market conditions in the area where his stores are located.
