    Position Title:
    Full Charge Bookkeeper

    Our company is currently seeking ​a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team You will
    be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company


    Responsibilities:
    . Record and pay accounts payable
    . Issue invoices to and collect from customers
    . Calculate pay and issue payments to employees
    . Create financial statements and related financial reports
    . Remit payroll taxes, sales taxes, use taxes, and income taxes
    . Account for fixed assets
    . Reconcile bank accounts and petty cash accounts
    . Reconcile credit cards
    . Collect information as needed for the annual audit
    . Maintain a coherent system of accounts, with a supporting filing system
    . Monitor cash levels
    . Perform data entry and administrative duties


    Qualifications:
    . Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
    . Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
    . Ability to prioritize and multitask
    . Strong organizational skills
    . Deadline and detail-oriented
