Position Overview:

The Sales Associate for Corporate Sales & Key Accounts in the Education Sector is responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and other educational institutions, and securing large corporate accounts. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to understand and address the unique needs of educational clients.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans and initiatives to target the education sector and corporate accounts, aligned with organizational objectives.
Identify and prioritize opportunities for business development within schools, colleges, universities, and educational organizations.

B. Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within educational institutions.
Understand the needs, challenges, and objectives of clients and provide tailored solutions and support to address their requirements.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance, insights, and assistance throughout the sales process.

C. New Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector, including new schools, expansion projects, and corporate accounts.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors within the education market.
Develop and implement targeted marketing and sales campaigns to attract new clients and promote the organization's products and services.

D. Account Management and Retention:

Manage and grow existing accounts within the education sector, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor account performance, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and propose additional products or services to meet client needs.
Develop account management strategies, including regular check-ins, reviews, and strategic account planning.
Oversee the entire project from start to finish to deliver high-quality customer service.

E. Proposal Development and Negotiation:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and operations, to customize solutions and address client requirements.

F. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in any healthcare related course

At least 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic sales is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude

Persuasive, confident, and professional in handling sales engagements.

Basic knowledge of medical or diagnostic products and procedures.

Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using digital sales tools

Willing to travel for client visits and product demonstrations.
