    **Job Overview**

    As a sales professional, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the sales manager in creating effective sales plans and action plans.

    You will be responsible for generating new business leads, preparing and servicing customer accounts, and implementing sales tracking and monitoring systems. Additionally, you will oversee the processes involved in closing business transactions with customers.

    To succeed in this role, you will need to conduct market research and product assessments, perform competitive analysis, and develop cooperative selling relationships. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating sales reports, budgets, and forecasts, as well as managing and maintaining sales inventory.

    **Key Responsibilities**

    • Develop and implement sales plans and action plans in collaboration with the sales manager.
    • Generate new business leads and prepare customer accounts for sales opportunities.
    • Implement and maintain sales tracking and monitoring systems to ensure efficient sales processes.
    • Oversee the closure of business transactions with customers, ensuring timely and effective completion.
    • Conduct market research and product assessments to inform sales strategies.
    • Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
    • Develop and maintain cooperative selling relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Maintain and update sales reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate data.
    • Manage and maintain sales inventory to meet customer demands.
    • Analyze and report on sales performance and trends to inform future sales strategies.

    **Requirements**

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in sales marketing.
    • Excellent understanding of marketing principles and the renewable energy industry.
    • Basic knowledge of finance and accounting concepts.
