I. About the Role
We are looking ERP ( Enterprise Respource Planning System Analyst) Who can bridge business need and system capabilities, This role is ideal for someone who understand business process deeply and knows how to translate them into practical, scalable ERP solutions.
You will work closely with clients and internal technical team to design ERP workflows (e.g SAP, Orac;le, Odoo. etc.) that are effecient, and aligned with real world operations.
II. Responsibilities:
- Conduct UAT ( User acceptance testing) and user training
- Assist in go-live preperation and post- implementation support
- Conduct Business process analysis and gather detailed functional requirements
- Participate in discovery workshops and client meetings
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for developers
- Configure ERP modules( Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory. Accounting, ect)
- Design end to end-to -end ERP workpflows aligned with industry best practices
- Perform system testing and avlidate that configurating meet requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities during impelementation
III. Qualifications
- Strong understanding of business process ( Finance and Accounting, Supply chain, Procument, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, CRM, and HR)
- Experience implementing or supporting ERP system ( Odoo experience preferred)
- Ability to document requirements clearly and structurally
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills-able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading client meeting and workshops
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset.
- Familiarity with AGILE or structured project methodologies
- with Background in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration. Industrial Engineering
- Understanding of basic technical concepts9 Database structure, system Intergrations, IT)
