Job summary
This job is responsible for the day-to-day selling activities ensuring that all items ordered by customers through online channels are correctly scanned.They are also responsible for calling customers for order confirmation and possible changes of items ordered through online channels.
Responsibilities
- Ensures 100% Complete Fulfillment of all Online Orders
- Checks and monitors real-time online hubs such as My Suki, and other online platforms that the company will utilize
- Coordinates with selling personnel for order picking/preparations
- Communicate with customers on the status of their order
