- Oversee the implementation of KKS Asset & Location hierarchies and ensure seamless integration with engineering references such as P&IDs..
- Champion Works Management including but not limited to Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Outage works and projects throughout the life cycle of the work order (Prioritization, Planning, Scheduling, Executing, Close-Out).
- Ensure strict adherence to established processes governing work management, asset master data, spare parts, and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
- Oversee the implementation of KKS Asset & Location hierarchies and ensure seamless integration with engineering references such as P&IDs.
- Collaborate with the different stakeholders in remediation plans, and support in testing changes made to the system including the cascade of fleet-wide changes.
- Develop and track deliverables and milestones of Project Oasis Pillar 1, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and standardized asset data (Asset, Location, Critical Spare Parts, Failure Codes, etc.).
- Manage and oversee the preparedness of the projects ensuring seamless execution for the establishment of Maximo reboot in the plant.
- Works with the CMMS BU SMEs to rectify any incomplete, incorrect outdated data elements as per the Data Quality Plan and AIMS Standard.
- Support the CMMS BU's SME in remediating bad practices and improving the EAM Blueprint / configuration
- Identifies governance KPI's, system abuse KPI's, best practices and data quality metrics
- Responsible to track and steer the business- adoption and correct utilization of the EAM, methods and process.
- Manage and create remediation plan related to the mass updating of master and transactional data of the system, if necessary
- Drive governance to ensure cost-effective, sustainable, and compliant maintenance practices.
- Align practices with ISO 55001, ISO 14224 and other relevant International and local standards.
- Support the organization's maintenance excellence framework
- Able to develop procedures, guidelines, status-flow charts and training materials for EAM related functionality
- Able to create and deploy communication plans, change announcements, Maximo bulletins.
- Support change management initiatives and ensure clear concise communication
- At least 10 years' experience in a role related to CMMS Master Data Management & Transactional Maintenance Planning/Scheduling, Maintenance Management, Asset Management, Risk/Performance Management. Experience within the Power Industry is considered an added advantage.
- At least 5 years' experience in EAM or CMMS systems (Maximo preferred) as a key-user, subject matter expert or consultancy capacity.
- Solid experience in developing Asset registry in CMMS, conducting Physical Asset Verification (PAV) and Red-line Mark-up (RLMUP)
- Demonstrates solid expertise in building Bills of Materials in CMMS and ensuring operational reliability through the identification of critical spares and safety-critical equipment.
- At least 8+ years' experience as a lead/member of projects with proven project management implementation. You shall understand the dynamics of change management and conflicting stakeholder priorities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any field of Engineering. If you do not meet these criteria but have work experience showing your competency you may apply.
- IBM Maximo certification is an added advantage
- Attendance in IBM Maximo Trainings or any recognition of advanced knowledge of IBM Maximo is an added advantage

Position Summary
The Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Sr. Specialist will lead the development, governance and implementation of AboitizPower's Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software solution (currently IBM Maximo 7.6) utilization and system adherence in North Luzon Coal plants.
