Looking to start your career in a stable and growth-driven industry? We're open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to gain hands-on experience in insurance operations and client coordination.
What You'll Do
- Gather and verify information from sales teams, clients, and partners for policy processing
- Handle new applications, renewals, endorsements, and policy updates
- Coordinate policy issuance and ensure timely delivery
- Respond to client and sales inquiries via email and phone in a professional and service-oriented manner
- Prepare policies, maintain records, and support daily administrative tasks
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Assist in premium reconciliation and collection follow-ups
- Manage document and payment pick-ups/deliveries when needed
- Provide updates and necessary reports to senior management
- Support the sales team by preparing tracking and documentation reports
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using MS Office (Excel knowledge is an advantage)
- Proactive, dependable, and willing to learn
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accountancy, Finance, or any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in insurance, banking, automotive, or financing is a plus
- Preferably residing near BGC, Taguig
- Willing to work on-site
