We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to manage high-volume calls, assist residents and vendors, handle inquiries and maintenance requests, and provide administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, organization, and discretion in handling sensitive information.Responsibilities
- Answer and route a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Greet residents, vendors, and clients with warmth and exceptional customer service
- Assist with resident inquiries,maintenance requests,and general office support
- Manage email communicationand maintainorganized digital/physical files
- Support the property management teamwith administrative tasks
