    APayroll Specialist is expected to perform the following tasks:
    • Ensures the timely and accurate processing of Payroll complete with supporting reports and journal entries
    • Prepares Final Pay computation and BIR Form 2316
    • Answers payroll queries assigned
    • Prepares government contributions, loans and withholding tax report
    • Prepares the year-end reports
    • Performs a variety of routine office/clerical duties
    • Prepare payroll reports as required by Supervisor and Manager
    • Cooperate and participate actively towards achieving Departmentu0027s goals
    • Other ad hoc tasks as directed by the VP of Finance or Payroll Manager
