    About The Role

    We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR, you'll play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and laying the foundation for our company's growth. You'll have the chance to work in a collaborative environment where your ideas are valued, and your efforts directly contribute to our success.

    What You'll Do

    • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to identify potential leads and qualify prospects.
    • Research target companies and decision-makers to understand their needs and challenges, and effectively communicate how our proptech platform can address them.
    • Engage with prospects through personalized outreach, leveraging insights to establish rapport and build relationships.
    • Schedule qualified meetings and appointments for the sales team, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
    • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
    • Embrace a fast-paced startup environment, adapting quickly to changes and actively contributing to team goals.

    What You Bring

    • At least 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a startup or technology-driven environment.
    • Good understanding of the cybersecurity industry is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Self-starter mentality with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
    • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
