Web Designer & Social Media Content Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Designer & Social Media Content Manager responsible for optimizing the company's digital ecosystem with a strong focus on mobile conversions, performance, and AI-driven content creation.

This role will oversee the management and optimization of multiple WordPress websites and landing pages, ensuring they are mobile-first, high-performing, and conversion-focused, while also leading the creation of educational and visually engaging social media content using modern AI-powered workflows.

The ideal candidate combines strong web design expertise, conversion optimization skills, and creative content production, with the ability to turn product concepts into polished digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

Web Design & Website Optimization (Approx. 60%)

Mobile-First Optimization

• Optimize all websites and landing pages for mobile performance and usability, recognizing that the majority of traffic and sales originate from mobile devices.
  

• Ensure fast loading speeds, intuitive navigation, and seamless mobile UI/UX.
  

WordPress & Elementor Management

• Manage, maintain, and optimize 6+ WordPress websites and 20+ landing pages.
  

• Implement updates, improvements, and design enhancements while maintaining site stability.
  

Template & Page Development

• Build functional, high-converting web pages using design templates provided by leadership.
  

• Translate design concepts into fully responsive Elementor-based pages.
  

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

• Implement conversion-focused design elements including:
  

  • Product comparison charts
    

  • Dosing tables
    

  • Educational product sections
    

  • Optimized "Add to Cart" experiences
    

• Continuously improve page layout and structure to reduce friction in the customer purchase journey.
  

Social Media & Content Creation (Approx. 40%)

AI-Assisted Content Production

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio, and similar platforms to create engaging social media content.
  

Educational Content Development

• Design visually compelling content that simplifies complex product concepts, including:
  

  • Mixing and dosing guides
    

  • Educational peptide product breakdowns
    

  • Health and recovery-focused product explanations.
    

Creative Development

• Transform creative briefs into high-quality social media assets, including:
  

  • Carousel posts
    

  • Short-form videos
    

  • Infographics and educational visuals.
    

• Demonstrate the ability to conceptualize, design, and execute content independently.
  

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

Technical Expertise

• WordPress & Elementor Pro: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining websites.
  

• Responsive Web Design: At least 3 years of experience optimizing for mobile performance and usability.
  

• Graphic Design: Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
  

• AI Tools: Advanced proficiency using AI platforms for content generation, image creation, and design workflows.
