Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Specialist to support our HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain HR systems including Paylocity,
- Serve as primary system administrator for Paylocity,
manage workflows,
audits,
reporting,
and enhancements. - Cordinate employee benefits enrollments,,
changes,
and inquiries while liaising with benefit vendors - Maintain
and update job descriptions aligned with organizational
& audits , ;process improvement initiatives ,Collaborate with Payroll and Finance on HR data validation ;system integrations
