    What You'll Do:

    • Help execute corporate events, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and standards.
    • Coordinate with various divisions, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics, from conceptualization to execution.
    • Supervise and enhance CSR initiatives, ensuring they reflect the company's commitment to social responsibility and environmental sustainability.
    • Monitor and report on the progress and impact of CSR programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Help monitor the budget for events and CSR activities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and financial efficiency.
    • Provide regular financial reports and analyses to the Senior Manager for Events and CSR, highlighting performance against budget forecasts.
    • Help in preparing and monitoring various forms, such as Payment Request Form (PRF), Purchase Request (PR), Air Travel Requisition Form (ATRF).

    What Makes You A Great Fit:

    • Graduate of a 4-year Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, Social Sciences, or related course
    • At least 2 years of work experience
    • Work experience in an events agency or the events department of a corporation is a plus
    • Computer proficiency is mandatory
    • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
    • Attention to detail must exceed average skills
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
