Responsibilities
- You will support general benefits operations that supports globally (mainly US, EMEA or APAC)
- You monitor system queues for all benefit inquiries, which includes assisting employees in different regional medical plans based on their individual circumstances,
- You serve as the gatekeeper for all employee changes such as Qualifying Life Events, Enrollment Plan or Leave information updates in Workday and ADP,
