    Our Psychological Health Team is a Diverse Group of Specialist(s) Dedicated to Developing, Delivering, and Evaluating Employee Health and Wellbeing Strategies for Trust and Safety Team(s) at Concentrix. Our Initiative(s) are Crafted to Enhance and Support Positive Mental and Physical Health while Fostering a Healthy Culture and Work Environment Across the Organization.

    Job Summary: The Wellbeing Counselor (On-Site) will Provide Mental Health and Wellbeing Support to Employee(s) Working in Content Moderation Role(s). As a Qualified Clinical Psychologist, Counselor or Psychotherapist, You will Conduct Session(s) Using Intervention(s) such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Mindfulness Based Therapies (MBT). You will Routinely Assess Case(s) for Risk, Follow Strict Safety Protocol(s), and Escalate Complex Case(s) to Clinical Leadership.

    Your Role also Includes Collaborating with Your Colleague(s) to Design and Deliver Group Session(s) that Improve Resilience, Healthy Coping, and Distress Management Skills. As this Role Falls into the Category of Trust and Safety, You will be Working with People Exposed to Harmful Content. This may Occur in the Form of Image(s), Video, and Text Related to Hate Speech, Violence, Child Safety, Depiction(s) of Harm to Self, Depiction(s) of Harm to Other(s), and Harm to Animal(s).

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Deliver One-on-One Check-In(s) and Counselling Session(s) Addressing Psychological Health Using Short-Term Resilience Strategies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Mindfulness Based Therapies (MBT), and Psychoeducation
    • Deliver Group and Peer Support Session(s) Aimed at Building Resilience, Developing Healthy Coping Strategies and Building Positive Working Relationship(s)
    • Work with Site Coordinator(s) and Other Regional Lead(s) to Drive Mental Health and Wellbeing Activities with a Focus on Enhancing Employee Resiliency and Minimizing Psychological Risk(s) in the Content Moderation Space, Facilitate Creative Session(s) such as Creative Therapies, Sound Therapies, and Mindfulness-Based Activities
    • Assess Case(s) for Trauma Related to Exposure to Graphic Content, Follow Escalation Protocol(s), and Triage Employee(s) to Appropriate Support Pathway(s), Manage Confidential Case Record(s) and Reports Safely and in Line with Privacy Protocol(s), Deliver Psychometric Assessment(s) to Employee(s) in your Campaign, Review Assessment Data for Trend(s) that Require Intervention and Contribute to Insight Report(s)
    • Respond Promptly to Email(s) and Instant Message(s) from Employee(s) Seeking Support while Ensuring Clear and Timely Communication, Communicate with the Clinical Leadership Team on a Regular Basis to Discuss Observation(s), Insight(s) Risk(s), and Areas for Improvement, Contribute Towards Safe Working Practice(s) Across the Psychological Health Team, Adhere to Professional and Ethical Guideline(s) Set by the Discipline Specific Governing and Licensing Bodies

    Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

    • Educational Background and Licensure: Master's Degree in Psychology, Psychotherapy, Counseling, or a Related Field is Highly Preferred, Must be a Licensed Therapist such as a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Psychometrician, and Licensed Counselor is Required
    • Clinical Experience and Background: 3+ Year(s) of Post-Graduate Clinical Experience Delivering Individual and Group Coaching Session(s) Across the Mental Health Spectrum with a Focus on Workplace-Related Mental Health Issue(s), Proven Experience in Cross-Cultural Counselling Demonstrating Sensitivity and Competence with Diverse Background(s) (Cultural Competence)
    • Ability to Build Trust and Rapport with Employee(s), Manager(s), and Team Member(s), Proven Experience in Designing and Delivering Wellbeing and Mental Health Training, Workshop(s), and Webinar(s)
    • Strong Data Management Skills while Ensuring Accurate Handling of Sensitive Information, Excellent Time Management and Prioritization Skills Effectively Handling Multiple Task(s) and Responsibilities in a Dynamic Setting, Demonstrates Excellent Communication Skills and Fluent in Written and Spoken English
    • Desired Qualification(s): Experience Working in Trust and Safety or a Content Moderation Environment, Experience Working with Employee(s) that are Working within a Corporate Environment and/or Setting
