We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Staff member to support daily administrative and clerical operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data encoding
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain organized records and filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Assist in handling phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Monitor and replenish office supplies
- Support accounting or HR tasks when needed (e.g., basic documentation, payroll assistance, monitoring attendance)
- Coordinate with other departments as required
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
- Honest, trustworthy, and responsible
