    • At least two years of working experience and skills within accounting processes and ERP systems.
    • Knowledge of general accounting procedures and principles.
    • Experience in a multicultural or shared services environment is an advantage.
    • Working knowledge and professional experience within relevant ERP, IT software, and systems supporting the company's accounting processes.
    • Developed organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information.

    Your Responsibilities

    You will be responsible for:

    • Verifying invoices.
    • Checking and validating invoices and uploading them to the accounting system.
    • Matching invoices to GR on PO.
    • Distributing invoices for coding and authorization.
    • Following up on discrepancies in matching.
    • Preparing supplier invoice payments.
    • Posting manual supplier payments.
    • Following up on missing goods receipts.
    • Following up on invoice approvals.
    • Performing reconciliation of the supplier ledger.
    • Assisting in documentation of balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
    • Corresponding with vendors and responding to inquiries.
    • Following up on reminders from suppliers.
    • Following up on mailboxes: supplier invoice/e-invoice.
    • Being able to assist during audits.
    • Participating in process improvements.
