Job summary
The HR Analyst – Onboarding & Reporting ensures a seamless, positive, and efficient onboarding experience for all new hires by managing pre-employment compliance, coordinating with internal and external partners, generating employment contracts, and preparing new hires for successful integration into the organization.This role supports the Talent Acquisition Partners by ensuring all onboarding processes are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Graduate of bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Has at least five (5) years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, recruitment , reporting and analytics support.
- Familiarity with government forms related to SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, & BIR
