    General Duties

    Responsible for the timely and complete scanning, indexing and uploading of Buyer's vital documents in Document Imaging System or DIS, endorsed to Records and Central File for safekeeping.

    Detailed Duties

    Scanning of endorsed SMDC and SHDC buyers' documents such as Newly Booked accounts, Notarized CTS and tagging of Elog 764 Notarized CTS scanned in SAP system.
    Uploading of endorsed electronic files such Acceptance form, Notice of Deemed Acceptance, Transmittal of Unit Keys and Repo Affidavits in DIS endorsed by Quality Management and Buyer Turnover and Property Management

    Experience

    Experience in the same function in real estate company in the areas of documentation and archiving

    1. Document preparation
    2. Scanning, indexing and Uploading of scanned images in DIS or Document Imaging System
    3. Tagging of e-logs in SAP
    4. Uploading of endorsed electronic files in DIS or Document Imaging System
    4. Performs tasks that may be assigned from time to time
