The Senior Graphic Designer will create high-quality graphic content to support ITD's communication, change management, and digital capability building initiatives, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. This Senior Graphic Designer will enhance ITD's branding through professional and consistent visual identity and engaging content that demonstrates the department's commitment to excellence.
Scope of Work and Responsibilities
Specific tasks and service requirements required on a daily basis:
- Framework for visual identity and standards
- Promotional and informational graphics (banners, posters, stickers, illustrations, icons, and other marketing collaterals)
- Templates for recurring visual communications
- Progress reports
- Other related key deliverables that may be defined as output
Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)

Educational Background and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or any design-related course
- At least seven (7) years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Extensive experience in producing graphics from conceptualization and planning to editing and final assembly
- Proficient in using creative design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 products
- Experience working with technology-oriented briefs is a major advantage
Graphic Design Services:
- Translate client inputs into visually impactful communication deliverables
- Conceptualize, develop, and refine graphics for change and outreach initiatives of the department
- Develop visual branding and templates for IT projects
- Manage the end-to-end production of graphics, including:
- Outlining and proposing the tasks and activities required to create each product; creating the production plan; overseeing its timeline
- Assisting with the development of wireframes and thumbnails
- Producing, editing, and assembling the final output, ensuring alignment with the brief and monitoring technical quality throughout the production cycle
- Conducting thorough reviews to ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and adherence to quality standards

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues
Reporting and Coordination:
- The Senior Graphic Designer will take instructions from the assigned Manager and work closely with project/product teams, Technical and Business SMEs, and internal and external stakeholders
- Weekly status reports and technical updates will be provided
- Compliance with security, risk, and regulatory guidelines is mandatory
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php110, Php120,000.00 per month
