    Job Description
    • Executes the Company's Total Rewards (TR) programs in line with the corporate direction of establishing internal pay equity and market pay competitiveness.
    Skills Required
    • Recommends Total Reward strategies, policies and guidelines
    • Monitors the end-to-end implementation of all Total Reward programs.
    • Renders support to the Senior Manager - Total Rewards in providing expert advice to top management and functional heads on TR systems and processes conducts research on market/industry trends and best practices.
    • Assists in delivering direct response and complete service to clients
    • Collaborates with Employee Services and business and support unit management in managing day-to-day operations.
    • Coordinates with vendors responsible for the daily administration of benefits plans and payroll systems.
    • Gathers and analyzes market data in line with the periodic assessment of the effectiveness of TR programs
    Minimum Qualifications
    • In-depth knowledge on the following areas: . Compensation and benefits planning, design and administration . Job evaluation . Payroll administration . Vendor management
    • Working knowledge on the following areas: . HR operations . Performance management systems . Human capital information systems . Payroll/Time and record keeping systems
