- Manage daily tasks and activities within the CRM system
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact records
- Track pipeline stages and ensure opportunities are progressing
- Create and manage follow-up reminders and workflows
- Generate basic activity and performance reports as required
- Execute targeted call campaigns
- Deliver structured call scripts with confidence and clarity
- Handle objections professionally
- Track call metrics and performance outcomes
- Upload and schedule approved content across platforms
- Monitor inboxes and respond to direct messages in a timely manner
- Engage with comments and basic enquiries
- Escalate high-value opportunities to the sales team
- Support lead generation via social engagement
- Consistent achievement of appointment booking targets
- Clean, accurate, and well-managed CRM pipeline

What you'll do:
As an Executive Assistant, you will act as a proactive, sales-driven professional who takes ownership and thrives in a results-focused environment. This role combines appointment setting, telemarketing, CRM management, and social media support, making it ideal for someone confident on the phone, organized in execution, and strong in follow-through. You will be expected to take a highly accountable approach, not waiting to be directed but actively identifying opportunities, driving activity, and consistently moving conversations forward. A strong understanding of CRM systems and daily pipeline management is essential for success in this role.
