    Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational network infrastructure–telecommunications company. The company is currently engaged in some of the most advanced and innovative next-generation network research, focusing efforts on the development and production of more intelligent, autonomously controlled, and managed systems that will be required to meet the demands of the future. They are seeking to fill the role of Sales Admin and will be reporting to the Country Operations Manager:

    Key job responsibilities:
    • Manage partner agreements and contracts
    • Identify and correct data entry errors in SF
    • Assist with partner reports and data extraction from the portal
    • Managing partner activities at the portal includes tracking and updating
    • Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth internal operation process
    • Assist with partner incentive claims
    • Assist with training certificate creation
    • Managing service contract
    • Assist with service contract stock movement and related matters
    • Filling
    • Additional jobs/duties given by superior

    Job Qualifications:
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
    • At least 3 to 5 years experience in sales admin support
    • High level of proficiency in written and spoken English
    • Excellent communication and good time management skills
    • Highly motivated with a sense of commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
    • Ability to multi-task and complete routine tasks with a high level of accuracy
    • Independent and pro-active
