Job summary
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process,ensuring that production targets and schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and regulatory compliance is upheld.
This role involves managing production staff, coordinating with other departments, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the production of drug products following the standards and quality specifications from the acquisition of materials, processing, and packaging up to the delivery of finished goods to the warehouse of the client;
- In charge of reviewing all Batch Processing Records (BPR) and ensuring that all production activities are executed following the Batch Processing Procedure;
