About the Role

We're seeking a Corporate Executive Assistant to support the CEO and the wider organization with administrative and operational tasks. You'll work closely with our Operations and Technical Administrator and Assistant Administrator to ensure the company's day-to-day activities are organized, efficient, and well-coordinated.

This is a long-term role with flexibility to work remotely or on-site at our Cebu office. It's a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in administrative work, operations, and team support—especially in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, Technical and Operations Administrator, and Assistant Administrator.
  • Manage and organize company files, records, and documentation. Monitor emails, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings or appointments.
  • Record meeting notes and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and expense tracking.
  • Prepare internal reports, communications, and presentation materials.
  • Support onboarding processes and maintain compliance-related records.
  • Coordinate basic project tracking and internal communication.
  • Assist with light social media management (e.g., scheduling posts, replying to messages).
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel logistics for the CEO and other employees, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense documentation.

Qualifications

  • Open to fresh graduates or early-career professionals.
  • Background or strong interest in administration, operations, or office coordination.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and Zoom.
  • Willingness to learn basic bookkeeping and tools such as QuickBooks.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Interest in or curiosity about blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies.
