A Sales and Marketing Officer drives business growth by executing sales strategies, generating leads, and managing marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility. They are responsible for nurturing client relationships, analyzing market trends, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with teams to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation & Management: Identify new business opportunities, meet or exceed sales targets, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing plans, including digital/social media content, print materials, and promotions
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, address inquiries, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to adjust strategies.
- Reporting & Data Management: Track sales data, maintain databases, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in sales or marketing roles in lending, retail or leasing industry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiations and client engagement.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable marketing insights.
