    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Consultant to support enterprise-wide master data management and governance initiatives. The role will focus on Material, Customer, and Vendor master data domains across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments, ensuring accurate, consistent, and compliant data to support global ERP deployments and business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MDG frameworks, data quality controls, workflow configuration, and ERP transformation programs, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement, configure, and maintain SAP MDG solutions for Material, Customer, and Vendor master data.
    • Design and enforce master data governance frameworks, including workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and CRUD operations.
    • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure master data aligns with business processes and compliance standards.
    • Support data migration, extraction, mapping, transformation, and validation activities for SAP ECC and S/4HANA deployments.
    • Implement Golden Record management and data quality monitoring processes to ensure reliable enterprise data.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, process flows, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions.
    • Track data quality KPIs, SLA compliance, and operational performance metrics, and propose improvements.
    • Support ERP deployment and steady-state operations by providing technical guidance and operational oversight.
    • Identify and resolve data issues, duplicates, and inconsistencies in master data records across systems.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 5-8 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and master data management across enterprise environments.
    • Strong expertise in Material, Customer, and Vendor master data domains.
    • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, SAP MM, and SAP Fiori.
    • Proven experience in data governance, workflow configuration, validation rules, CRUD operations, and Golden Record management.
    • Strong knowledge of data migration, mapping, transformation, and validation processes.
    • Experience in ERP deployments, cutover support, and steady-state operations.
    • Excellent stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and team leadership skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Familiarity with Informatica, Process Runner, RemedyForce, or similar data integration tools.
    • Experience developing data quality dashboards and reporting using Power BI or Excel.
    • Prior experience in APAC or global SAP MDG deployments.
    • Exposure to Golden Record repositories and master data lifecycle management.
