    Job Title: Logistics Support Assistant



    This role involves working with a team to deliver products to customers and clients. As part of this team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks.



    Key Responsibilities




    • Loading and unloading merchandise from vehicles in an efficient manner;

    • Safely securing goods during transportation;

    • Maintaining accurate delivery records and reports;

    • Achieving excellent customer satisfaction by delivering orders on time and providing good service;

    • OBTAINING signatures as proof of receipt from clients/customers;
      ENSURING all documents are original not tampered;
      reporting incidents while in transit.;

      delivering related problems to senior staff or Manager.
