Job summary

The endpoint management engineer role is responsible for engineering building and maintaining a secure stable and optimally performing endpoint pcs and virtual desktops environment across our corporate enterprise applying proven communication analytical and problem solving skills to help identify communicate and resolve highly advanced complex issues in support of business processing requirements.

Responsibilities

* Engineer technology solutions for clients both internal and external.* Review and approve changes and technical solutions as generated by both junior level technicians.* Support seek continuous improvement of systems processes as well as generate innovative approaches solutions to recurring tasks or trending issues.* Ensure key IT objectives are met timely while maintaining compliance budget requirements resource allocations* Create automated processes increase efficiencies large enterprise environment* Engineer support operations endpoint management infrastructure utilizing tools include but not limited to Basic understanding virtual desktop environments using cloud based solutions Familiarity user access management Active Directory related tools Knowledgeable core understanding SCCM system updates patch management Foundation PowerShell scripting languages automating routine tasks Experience managing devices MS Intune Awareness web content filtering technology cloud security Proficiency Windows OS support troubleshooting Understanding Thinscale thin client mangement Basic mangement Proxy Auto Config files network configuration Experience Group Policy Management Policy Enforcement Understanding Distributed File System efficient file sharing networks Awareness Verint workforce optimization* Design create maintain stable efficient endpoint images builds Create software deployment packages Effective mangement work ticket queue timely appropriate action assigned tickets Lead investigation incidents problems within IT Infrastructure environment identify resolution issues Design create reports within managment systems SCCM AV etc. support decision making activities licensing patch vulnerability asset agent health etc. Serve escalation point technical issues team level Assist driving efficient team operation evaluating recommending support tools Communicate effectively all levels including technical nontechnical staff internal external Implements maintain endpoint security measures compliance protect threats vulnerabilities Performs infrastructure change activity ensures conformance change policies procedures Responsible understanding complying policies procedures regulations relating job duties Participate on call rotation emergency business critical incidents Perform other duties assigned by leadership.
